About Your Data
Cleanpunk Shop is operated by Steampunk Farms Rescue Barn, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If you logged in using Facebook Login, we may have received your name, email address, and profile information from Facebook. We use this information solely to manage your account and process orders.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of all personal data we have collected through Facebook Login or any other means by following these steps:
- Send an email to cleanpunkshop@steampunkfarms.org with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.
- We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Removing Facebook Permissions
You can also remove our app’s access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find “Steampunk Farms” in your list of apps.
- Click “Remove” to revoke access.
Removing the app from Facebook stops future data sharing but does not delete data we have already received. To delete that data, please send us an email using the instructions above.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- Your account profile information
- Any data received from Facebook Login
- Marketing preferences and communication history
We may retain certain transactional records (order history, payment receipts) as required by law for tax and accounting purposes. These records do not include your Facebook data.
